We bring you these services as we know how long jobs should take as we have many years experience under our belts, so we know on average it should not take more than 1 hour to change a kitchen tap or 2 hours to change a toilet, if it does take more time then we believe that the customer should not pick up this cost as it is more than likely a mistake of the plumber or in some cases the plumber trying to string the job out to get more of your savings, we decided that to make our services fixed so you do not have to worry about spiraling costs, you should just sit back relax and admire the works carried out, your satisfaction to our work results in good reviews and word of mouth and you can't put a price on that, our service only works if two things come together, firstly that any access issues are established straight away ether over the phone or onsite, that's our responsibility to ask the right questions, finally there must be someone over 18 on site authorised to make quick on the spot decisions such a drilling thru a wall or braking off bath tiles that the customer will be required to replace, when these two things come together our fixed price service runs smoothly.
