To support everyone we offer fixed-price labour on all routine/everyday jobs. We also include 3 month's guarantee on all jobs. We prioritize emergency cases and do not charge extra for service. The link below (UK plumbing Prices) shows you that on average you will pay £40 to £60 pounds per hour for a plumber, so jobs such as changing a kitchen tap will cost you on average £65 to £125, and changing a toilet is £145 to £315 not including parts and fittings. We do all this for a fixed labour cost taking away the stress of an hourly rate so you feel more obliged to offer us a cup of tea or a cheeky bacon butty as you're not trying to rush us out the door.
How our services work.
We bring you these services as we know how long jobs should take as we have many years experience under our belts, so we know on average it should not take more than 1 hour to change a kitchen tap or 2 hours to change a toilet, if it does take more time then we believe that the customer should not pick up this cost as it is more than likely a mistake of the plumber or in some cases the plumber trying to string the job out to get more of your savings, we decided that to make our services fixed so you do not have to worry about spiraling costs, you should just sit back relax and admire the works carried out, your satisfaction to our work results in good reviews and word of mouth and you can't put a price on that, our service only works if two things come together, firstly that any access issues are established straight away ether over the phone or onsite, that's our responsibility to ask the right questions, finally there must be someone over 18 on site authorised to make quick on the spot decisions such a drilling thru a wall or braking off bath tiles that the customer will be required to replace, when these two things come together our fixed price service runs smoothly.
We work on a fixed price labour service so you don't have to worry about the price spiraling out of control, there is 3 different FPL (Fixed Price Labour) pricing, the first is our FPL £70 for all the small fixes and replacement fittings, then there is FPL £150 this is for the medium jobs such as replacing the toilet or bath or external blockages, then finally there is our Fixed Day Rate this is £350 and this hires our services for a day or 8 hours on site with all tools and expertise
